If after viewing your Profile and Feedback Record the User decides to contact you, you should agree terms in the normal way and be prepared to provide suitable references. As soon as you have agreed terms, you should send the User your SP ID No. This acts as a type of key which the User needs to have received from you in order to post feedback. Sending your SP ID No. costs one credit.
