If you decide to go ahead and engage a Service Provider, it is up to you to agree terms in the normal way. As soon as terms have been agreed, the Service Provider will release their SP ID No. (a unique identifier) which will allow you to post feedback. Always ensure that you have received the SP ID No. before allowing work to proceed.
